Since its inception in 2005, the NCRP has used an adaptive management approach, periodically reviewing and revising its Goals and Objectives to best reflect regional sociocultural, watershed, infrastructure and economic conditions, local and state priorities, and expected future conditions based on Traditional Ecological Knowledge and best available science.
